PHYSIOGNOMY
  • The raccoon is usually greyish in color
  • His tail has five to ten black rings
  • Has a black mask bordered with white around the eyes
  • Measures between 60 cm and 105 cm
BEHAVIOR

  • The raccoon is omnivorous
  • Prefers invertebrates, insects, worms and larvae

LIFE CYCLE
  • Couplings occur in January or February
  • Females have only one litter per year
  • A litter includes between 3 to 7 small raccoons
